I am the responsable for the College Lionel Groulx’s group. We’ve travelled a long way from Canada to finally meet the organization of barcelife and we weren’t disappointed! After a couple of messages with Pedro the owner, we had a schedule made up for us, with spanish course adapted to the right level, spanish native teachers and the ratio student/ teacher was perfect. We also went to Montserrat and the beautiful Costa Brava….. always on time and with a smile! Pedro gave us so much information, even I learned some facts. I am so pleased we went with barcelife the experience was perfect. A lot of students decided to stay in Spain after and Pedro gave them some cues, very helpfull. I will definitely bring my group with barcelife next year. Thank you so much to the organization for all the small attentions that made this trip a learning and memorable experience. In March 2022 I went to Barcelona as responsable for a group of high school students. Before going I had been in contact with Pedro Molina who is the owner of Barcelife.
On our request Pedro organized language courses in Spanish, Italian and French (the group had different language subjects)at a small, local and very pleasant language school with native speakers. Pedro also found a perfect hostal close to the language school and furthermore with a fantastic location. On our first day we went on a sight seeing tour in Barri Gotic with Pedro as our guide. The students were filled with enthusiasm especially because Pedro was a both funny and inspirational guide who created a very good atmosphere. Especially they were over the moon when they were given some good cues about where to go out in the evenings.
We also went on an excursion to Park Güell and afterwards to Bunkers de Carmel, a sight I have never experienced myself although I have been to Barcelona several times.
I will definitely bring back other groups with Barcelife the following years. Furthermore both the students and I will highly recommend Barcelife if you are going to Barcelona or Cataluña.

Just came back from Barcelona. Had a wonderful school trip with 30 high school students. We were picked up at the airport and then the students were installed in local host families. Great opportunity to practice the language and try local food. Each day we had a guided tour and a couple of hours of Spanish class. Many thanks to Pedro and Barcelife for organizing everything and making this a trip to remember. Highly recommended!

Estuve de coordinadora de Spanish Gap Year con un grupo de 7 chavales americanos y contactamos con Barcelife para que nos ayudara una semana que íbamos a estar en Barcelona. El equipo entero nos ayudó muchísimo, nos organizaron varios tours por el barrio gótico, la Sagrada Familia y Montjuic durante los dïas que estuvimos allí que fueron estupendos y los chavales se llevaron muy buen recuerdo de la ciudad. También nos organizaron y nos acompañaron un día entero a Girona y tanto la organización del viaje como el tour que nos hicieron fueron geniales. Son sùper fiables y volveremos a contar con ellos para próximos grupos 100%

Barcelife are professionals - no doubt! We went with 42 High School students from Bergen to Barcelona. Barcelife organised everything from Spanish classes to accommodation with Spanish families, as well as activities. We travel once a year to Barcelona with students and from now on we will book all trips with Barcelife. Students and teachers were extremely happy with everything that the Barcelife staff did for us. A big thank you to Pedro and Barcelife for making our stay in Barcelona absolutely perfect! :)

In June 2024, I traveled to Barcelona with a group of high school students from the US. They attended classes through the Spanish language schools Olé Barcelona & AIL Barcelona. Throughout our stay, we also did multiple tours/experiences in Barcelona. Our guide for each of these was Pedro through Barcelife. Every aspect of each guided experience was phenomenal. Pedro is incredibly engaging, knowledgeable, and relatable. He had the kids attention from the moment they met him and kept it until the end! Pedro has an excellent feel for how long to stay in any one spot, the kinds of details that will pull everyone in, and the best sense of humor! Our entire group loved him! I enthusiastically recommend Pedro, and any tour or trip offered by Barcelife. We will be back next year!
